Great Experience. Had two different trips to Mavis for a puncture tire to be repaired in a rush and they did an amazing job. Got it fixed both times quickly and with great customer service. Highly recommend.

First time here and WOW! I was a loyal customer at a “Pep” shop but they were busy and honestly Great place with amazing customer service! Super fast since no one was in the shop and I needed a simple tire replacement! Stacie was a great help and was able to get me in! They definitely have me switching over to Mavis! :)

Faith at the front desk is very nice and professional. She makes sure everything goes smoothly and even comes and talks to the customers when she has free time making there wait in the lobby feel way shorter and more pleasant. Please give her some kind of bonus or promotion for her great customer service!

I had an amazing experience at Mavis Discount Tires. I was driving from Philadelphia to York when I got a flat tire on I-76. Roadside assistance came out and put on my spare, but unfortunately, it was done incorrectly and the lug nuts weren’t tightened at all. which was honestly really scary as a female traveling alone. On my way to my destination, I stopped at Mavis around 8 PM, right before closing. Nate immediately took care of me and made sure everything was handled properly. Even though it was closing time, they stayed late and made sure my new tire was installed safely and correctly. I truly felt taken care of and safe leaving there. Huge thank you to Nate for going above and beyond!! when you need someone you can trust, ask for him! Highly recommend this location!

The East York location is amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Nate was extremely helpful and explained everything in detail. I would definitely recommend them. They are reasonably priced and easy to work with. Update: had some major issues after we got out car back. We had to get it towed back to Mavis on Friday night to get the new brakes fixed again. The rear driver side brake shifted and locked up the wheel. My daughter couldn't move the car at all. They did fix them but we are still waiting on the reimbursement for the tow. This is a major issue because my daughter could have been in a bad accident if the wheel would have locked up at highway speed.
